Choose which topper you would like and let us know all of the below details in the comments at checkout - once we receive your order we will send you the drop off address for gifts or invoice extra add on gifts once desired gifts have been sourced/purchased.
Please note that the gifts being supplied must be able to be manipulated into the 11cm opening and not too heavy in weight (Gift Sourcing incurs a $30 service fee to cover time/travel to purchase requested gifts.)

2- Delivery Date & Address/or Collection Date required.
